Electronics and Communication Engineering Department's Association "CRESCENDO"

The Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering has been actively fostering academic and professional development through its association named "CRESCENDO." The association, aimed at providing a platform for students to enhance their technical knowledge and communication skills, was inaugurated by the former ISRO chairman, Dr. G Madhavan Nair.

In 2023, the department witnessed the initiation of "CRESCENDO" with a grand inauguration ceremony featuring Thomas K Sebastian, Technical Head of Techosa Private Limited, as the chief guest. The event, presided over by Principal Dr. L Padmasuresh, saw the participation of key dignitaries, including Director Rev. Fr. Thomas Varghese, Vice Principal Dr. Madhusoodanan Pillai, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Koshy Vaidyan, and Head of Department Prof. Nidhin T G. The occasion also marked the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Techosa and Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering, facilitating workshops and training programs for the students.

The recent activities organized by "CRESCENDO" reflect its commitment to providing diverse learning opportunities to students:

  • Seminar on "FUTURE SCOPE IN ECE" (19-10-2023): In collaboration with Techosa Innovations, the association conducted a seminar focusing on the future scope of Electronics and Communication Engineering. This event aimed to provide insights into emerging trends and advancements in the field.
