As part of the final year project our students of S7 AEI (2011-2015 )batch had made a spectacle for the blind, which captured images and gave a voice message which enabled the blind person to hear and understand ..

As part of the final year project our students of S7 AEI (2014-2018 )batch had made a Humanoid Robot, which imitated the hand and head movements of human beings. It had the additional feature of colour detection and obstacle detection with distance measurement. This group members Jibi Mathew, VivekSankar, Kaveri and Narmada had presented this project at the " Design your Destiny 2018 National Level Competition held at Chennai" and they secured the first prize of One Lakh Rupees.

Our final year students created an innovative project " ESTY- The fire Extinguishing Robot" which senses flame automatically and extinguishes it automatically. Without human intervention. It provides end to end virtual communication system. The movement of the robot can be controlled using a mobile from a distance of 300 m. The group had received appreciation award from the Kerala Fire force Department.

GRADUATE APPRENTICE:

Apprentices get an opportunity of undergoing 'on the job' training and are exposed to real working conditions. They get a chance to work on advanced. machines and equipment's, industry specific best practices and learn more about their field. Our students qualified as Graduate Apprentice at various Government undertaking firms.

Two of our final year students had successfully completed the course in IOT and Robotics Internship- and gained Certificate in Employable skills, Centre of Trade Testing and Certification of Skilled Workers- National Assessing Body- Under Skill development Initiative scheme- Approved by Directorate General of Training- Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship- Govt. of India
